We are currently looking for a part time office assistant to help with the organization and running of daily administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate must be punctual, a team player, and customer service friendly. This is a very relaxed, fun environment but we do get extremely busy so you must be ready and willing to deal with high call-volumes as well as walk-in customers simultaneously.

Duties and responsibilities include: 

- Answering phones, data entry, filing, mailing. 
- Scheduling 
- Basic customer service duties

Requirements: 

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have experience with Microsoft Excel and Word 
- Quickbooks experience is not required but is a plus
- Flexible schedule
- Must have reliable transportation
