Alternative Offroad reserves the right to charge a 10% Cancellation Fee for orders cancelled after 24 hours.  It is the customer's responsibility to contact us prior to placing an order to ensure availability of product, in order to avoid this fee. This fee is non-disputable and non-refundable.

If the customer decides to cancel an order while it has already been processed, or after 24 hours has passed, they may elect to be refunded in the method of Store Credit. In doing so, the customer shall not incur any fees associated with the original or refund transaction.

Many of the items we sell are custom-order or custom-built. Orders which have already been processed and built are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
