After months of R&D along with extensive field testing we have designed and developed a new line of extended length axles: DEMON HD x-TREME ExTENDED LENGTH (HDx-ET) tailored to fit long travel kit builders and lift kit builders.Our HDx-ET line is put through the same amount of rigorous testing through all levels of terrain, such as Rock, Mud and Sand as our HDx axle line: "Hell Rated" developed to handle the harshest terrain, whether mud, rock or sand, we have reinforced our current Heavy Duty axle line to handle the most extreme Conditions. All internal components and shaft have been upgraded to 4340 chromoly steel providing even greater strength to weight ratio, capable of handling anything you put it through.Our specially designed CV joints are used for both the in-board/out-board joints which allow up to 45 degrees in articulation.All of our axles are put through a dual heat treatment process to ensure maximum strength and durability.All our axles are precision machined and the components are polished to deliver superior balance and maximum overall operating performance.Cage has been re-designed to increase strength and reduce fracture points.Thermoplastic Polyester Elastomar (TPEE) boots offer ideal strength and stiffness with dynamic flex fatigue and puncture resistance. The ability to withstand varying temperature range makes it the ideal flex protective material for the internal CV's in a wide range of conditions.Demon HDx-ET axles have been uniquely designed for both long travel kits and lift kits. Our long travel HDx-ET axle design is made to reduce heat during extensive high speed desert riding and our lift kit HDx-ET axle is designed with wider angles ideal for lift kits and larger tires.Features:
