Manufactured using 4340 chromoly steel, we increased the size of our CV joint and center shaft diameter. Along with dual heat treating and precision machining our components we have been able to increase our axle strength up to 30-35% compared to OE.
We re-engineered our cage design to enhance durability and use Molybdenum grease to lubricate the internal components. Protected by an upgraded Thermoplastic elastomer boot, the in board joint is designed to allow up to 40° articulation and the outboard joint articulation varies from 45-47° depending on the model.
