The same proven strength and engineering from HCRs Dualsport kit has been re-designed for Dune Enthusiasts. Following the design of HCRs proven Kit, the re-designed elite series has been created for the serious duner who wants the performance of a long travel kit without the weight. Manufacturing produced this innovative design without compromising strength and integrity by holding to HCR traditional internal box and ribbing methods. All HCR kits run a 4130 heat treated billet end allowing all internal and external plating to be attached, eliminating a potential weak point. The custom alloy used to manufacture the Elite kit is 30% stronger in tensile and yield strength compared to 4130 Series chromoly. This HCR custom material endures several processes and is hardened for better wear resistance and overall strength. Included with this kit, is a custom valved and set of King HCR Race Series Shocks, Tuned by the owner of King. These shocks are both longer stroke & eye to eye and developed to use with HCR shock Tower. this relocates mounting points closer to the balljoint and obtains a closer to a 1:1 motion ratio for added strength and reduced shock fatigue. Finned IBPs are included on rear shocks. This needle valve technology delivers a smooth comfortable ride while still providing substantial dampening force at full compression preventing bottoming out during hard use. The track width has been increased by 4 inches on either side, with a 3 inch longer wheelbase for added travel and stability. 1.25 inches additional clearance has also been designed into arms for added ground clearance. RCV extended axle bars are included. These 4340 Chromoly axles boast twice the strength of a stock axle and produce the highest torque test numbers of any aftermarket UTV axle. All components are proudy manufactured in the USA.
