Returns & Cancellations

Returns: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 10 days of purchase, please log-in to your account and send an RMA request. If you do not have an account with Alternative Offroad, please send us an email detailing what exactly the issue is with your product and we will be happy to assist you. When sending items back, please ship pre-paid with UPS or USPS insured for the full purchase price. Unused or unopened items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Fulfillment mistakes that we may make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 10 days from the date of purchase.

Cancellations: Cancelled orders that have been processed but not shipped will be subject to a 5% Order Cancellation Fee. This covers the processing fees from our credit card processor to refund the original transaction. 

Returns on Custom-Order products: Cages and other products that are custom-ordered are NON-RETURNABLE. It is your responsibility to verify the order information is correct once placed as it cannot be changed once it is in production. Any changes must be made via e-mail for records purposes.
