All EXIT SHOCKS are serviceable for years of reliable use. For service contact your local Zbroz Racing Dealer or send your shocks to us for full service. Zbroz Racing recommends that you service EXIT SHOCKS every 1,500 miles or every 24 months.

All EXIT SHOCKS are custom-built, valved, and tuned to the application, additional weight, and preferred riding terrain. Please allow a 2-4 week build time.

The HCR X3 72" Dual-Sport kit is designed as an OEM Factory replacement kit for the X RS 72" model or can be used as a 64" XDS Long Travel Conversion. The HCR signature High Clearance A Arm and trailing arm design increases ground clearance 1.5 inches under key components. Approach angles have been improved for reduced surface attraction and friction. Both the Can Am Maverick X3 Dualsport and Elite kit are manufactured with HCR’s proprietary Elite material . This custom alloy is 30% stronger in yield and tensile strength than 4130 Series Chromoly and goes through several processes for better wear resistance and overall strength.

Note: MAV-05400 72" Suspension Kit includes: 4 Front A-arms (2 upper, 2 lower), 2 Rear Trailing Arms, Delrin Bushings for replacement in the front A-arms, brake line mounting hardware, and shock bolts. This kit comes complete with high-strength boxed A-arms, heavy-duty steel trailing arms, and billet aluminum hex radius arms.

Our boxed A-arms are made with a high-strength steel alloy that’s 13% stronger than chromoly steel. Combine that with robust internal gussets, adjustable chromoly pivot blocks, chromoly ball joint houisings, and seams TIG-welded by hand, and these are arms built to last from top to bottom. We ship them preadjusted to give you perfect 72" camber.

The trailing arms are made with the same 1/8” heavy-duty steel plating and internal gussets we use on the A-arms. They feature a high-clearance design that gives your shock and sway bar mounts extra strength. We even preadjust the sway bar links for perfect performance.

Our billet aluminum hex radius arms are 1.25 inches in diameter, super-strong, and preadjusted to match factory 72" specs.
